Another UFO completed 😁.  I started this pattern February 2021 and got everything completed except for adding the buttons and buttonholes.  Throughout the construction process I constantly checked the fit of the front and back.   I tried them on one final time to see where I needed to place the button and it was then for the first time I turned to the side and wanted to cry.  There was an enormous amount of gapping.  I liked them too much to throw away or give away but I knew I would not wear them, so I put them away. Fast forward to today and me losing my sewjo.  I haven't really felt like sewing for months and I have had to force myself to sew.  I decided that I would work on UFO's in a hope to get my sewjo to return.  I pulled out this pattern and made the necessary fix to make them wearable. I actually finished this dress in early June but am just getting around to posting it.  Love, Love, Love this pattern and this is my second make.  I won't do my normal post, but you can browse version one's review here . I think I bought this fabric at the same time I bought version one's fabric - about 10 - 15 years ago from JoAnn's I believe.  It is some kind of polyester blend - I know it is heavier and doesn't feel as "silky" as version one's fabric. August 2022 Janome did come out with a fix, however, it made things worse.  Long story short after receiving 2 lemons I was done.  I was crushed, angry, and disappointed in Janome America.  I had been sewing on Janome's for at least 15+ years and thought I would die sewing on Janome's.  I never realized how hard it...
