I noticed this pattern on the Sallie Tomato Facebook page and immediately fell in love with it.  I am a huge procrastinator so at the 99th hour I decided I would make this as a gift for a friend.  I prefer making and giving gifts as opposed to giving cash or a gift card even though it would be much much cheaper 😂. Fabric For the exterior, I used a light weight canvas fabric that was in my stash that I got from Hobby Lobby sometime ago. I used a quilting cotton for the interior and one part of the straps. Won't do my normal post because I am so far behind on my postings.  I still have items I have made in 2025 that I have not posted. My sewjo still has not completely returned, so I am having to find ways to force myself to sew. I have a friend who is moving and I decide to make her the Oxbow Tote by Noodlehead as a parting gift.  I chose to make the "regular" version.  I call it the "happy tote" because with all the colors it just made me happy to look at it. I thoroughly enjoyed making this bag - it was therapeutic for me.  After I made it, I wanted to keep it so bad 😂.  When I gave it to her I was hoping she didn't like it so I could keep it.
